We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a dispatch confirmation.

5. Live Aquatic Organisms

5.1 Responsibility for Live Aquatic Organisms

When purchasing live fish, invertebrates, or plants, you acknowledge that their health and well-being become your responsibility upon delivery. J&J Aquatics cannot be held responsible for issues arising from improper care, inadequate tank conditions, or compatibility issues with existing livestock after delivery.

5.2 DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

Our DOA policy for live organisms is detailed in our Delivery, Returns, and Refunds page. We strongly advise customers to check all livestock immediately upon delivery in order to qualify for our DOA guarantee.

5.3 Quarantine Recommendations

We recommend quarantining all new livestock before adding them to an established aquarium. While we take great care to ensure all our livestock is healthy, we cannot guarantee they are free from parasites or diseases that may not be visible at the time of sale.

6. Intellectual Property

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by J&J Aquatics, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J&J Aquatics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or any products purchased through the Website.

In no event will our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to us for products purchased through our Website in the last six months.
